Why Always Write?
Have you ever wanted to say something, but you held it in? You regretted it, didn't you.
You walked away, and just kept thinking how perfect it would have been had you said what you were thinking.
You would have felt fulfilled.
You went to sleep that night, repeating over and over in your mind what you would have said. What you should have said.
You started a routine rehearsal in your head, plotting what you would say were you to find yourself encountered by that person or situation again.
Then, one day, your moment returned. No regret this time.
You open your mouth. Nothing comes out. Pangs of potential regret flash through your mind. You practised so hard, but can't bring those perfect, stinging words to your mouth.
You should have just written them down.
