 Teen pregnancy is apparently at an all-time low in the United States. Or, is it that teen abortion is at an all-time high?
According to the Center for Disease Control, the pregnancy rate for the LOL-OMG Generation has hit its lowest since tracking began 70 years ago. But what does that really mean? It means that statistics tell as much of the story as a teenager after a night out with “friends.”
