With all the groundbreaking findings published in the news, the media are having a hard time deciding what to tackle next: Kids’ thoughts on cake and candy, men’s thoughts on T & A (their cake and candy), or Mel Gibson’s thoughts on Jews.

Here are a few actual examples of recent news pieces:

“Millions face famine in Niger.”

“Dieticians recommend more whole grains.”

“Going back to work not as fun as going on vacation.”

“Is a college education worth it? College professors say yes.”

“College students prefer professors who are easy graders and don't expect a lot of them.”

Here we go again.

If you thought it was dangerous when Elisabeth Hasselwhocares was armed with an Emmy and an opinion, you better watch out, because…

Whoopi Goldberg is now armed with an Emmy, a Tony, a Grammy, an Oscar, and an opinion – which she touts as fact.

(Geez, I’ve got to start watching C-Span or the Business News Network instead of The View whilst at the gym.)

Now, I must apologize in advance, as I’m (briefly) about to bring up some of the Melvin Gibson story (both figuratively and literally), but I promise, this goes far beyond that chunk of overused Kitty Litter.
